Flying Buddha Studio

Flying Buddha Studio is a movement community that offers a diverse range of aerial yoga and aerial arts experiences for both adults and kids, including lyra and aerial dance, alongside pole fitness, yoga wall, bungee fitness, and traditional yoga classes. For added convenience, we also provide online access to aerial yoga, yoga wall, and yoga classes.

In addition to our regular classes, we host specialized workshops and cater to individual preferences with private classes, studio space rentals, and private, customizable events (i.e. kids birthdays, couples, holiday parties).

We believe in the intrinsic goodness of moving mindfully, and that a holistic approach to the alignment of the physical and spiritual is the key to an enriched life. That means nurturing a community of inclusiveness, compassion, and support. It also means celebrating the place where serious practice and serious fun converge. All levels of experience are welcome here!
