Hazel M. Cherry has a passion for contemplative life. Captivated by art, nature, and the senses, she is a multi-genre storyteller who seeks to empower women to love themselves and chart their spiritual paths with authenticity and freedom. She is a sought-after preacher, conference speaker and wellness group facilitator. Hazel obtained her Master’s in Divinity from Howard University School of Divinity (2015) & an MFA in Creative Writing from American University (2022). In the summer of 2022, she welcomed her first child. Currently, she is enjoying motherhood and working on her first poetry collection.
