Every day in Primrose schools across the country, teachers use the Happy Hearts Character
Development and Life Skills™ program to help students strengthen values such as respect, responsibility and honesty. Happy Hearts focuses on:

Well-developed social skills are essential for building strong, confident relationships. Teachers encourage students to be active members of their communities and treat those around them with respect and understanding.

Harmony & Heart®
Primrose students experience the joy of music every day in their classrooms during Harmony & Heart® music time. This program helps children develop rhythm and movement skills as they groove along to songs about kindness, creativity and responsibility. Your family can enjoy all the fun of Harmony & Heart® outside of the classroom, too, by streaming our exclusive music collections!
The Primrose Friends
One of the most delightful features of our Balanced Learning® approach is the Primrose Friends! These 12 adorable animal pals come to life as classroom puppets. Teachers use the Friends to help demonstrate positive character traits such as honesty, citizenship, bravery and more! Each month, a different Friend’s birthday is celebrated with songs, books and lessons that reflect the character trait they embody.
