Chelsea S. Blanks is a DC native, mom, and bilingual speech-language pathologist who works in community based early intervention. Chelsea attended Hampton University, where she received a Master of Arts in Communicative Sciences & Disorders. Chelsea currently works with the DC Strong Start program & the Infant & Toddler Connection/PIE programs in Alexandria, Arlington, & Loudoun County. Chelsea is extremely passionate about serving children and their families, and holds a special place in her heart for the early intervention population. Chelsea is a new mom (Easton), and loves spending time with family & friends, reading, interior decorating, traveling, online shopping, and volunteering in the community & church.
