Hershey’s Super Sweet Adventure
Tysons Corner Center, Tysons, VA
No need to go to Hershey, PA – head to Tysons mall for games, play and of course, candy. Family-friendly and sparking imagination, this experience is best for kids of all ages. This experience opens March 6 and runs through July!
QToys
Westfield Montgomery Mall, Bethesda, MD
It’s always fun to spend time in a toy store, and Qtoys is a good one to shop around in. This is an Australian-owned company, established in 2005, that designs eco-friendly, wooden educational toys and teaching equipment for kids.
Slime Co.
Annapolis Mall (already in Pentagon City Mall)
This is a great place to take the kids to try before they buy! At the store’s entrance are four big bins of slime – but they’re all different textures and vary in stickiness, so your kids can choose their favorite…and then make it! Choose the texture, color, scent, mix-ins and toppings. The owner, Christina, and its staff are knowledgeable and offer slime tips and tricks. For example, if slime ever starts sticking to your fingers, keep playing with it and it will come right off!
Annapolis Mall is Slime Co.’s second location – it’s also located in Fashion Centre at Pentagon City.
Sloomoo Institute

Do your kids need another slime place? If they do, Sloomoo Institute is one of the best, with a DIY slime bar, interactive exhibits, and even “Sloomoo Falls,” an experience like getting slimed on Nickelodeon – but with real slime!

Fashion Centre Mall at Pentagon City
This Japanese “clawcade” (claw machine venue and arcade) is opening soon at Fashion Centre at Pentagon City Mall – there are already locations in New York, Pennsylvania and Georgia, among others. Get ready to take your kids here to try to win stuffies from claw machines, or just play arcade games!
