Pam is a communications professional, wife, and mom to a 2-year-old. She is originally from Cartagena, Colombia but has lived in the DC area since 2002. Pam is currently self-employed and recently started a bilingual Instagram page, @pamlafitmom, to help women become their healthiest selves through healthy recipes, workouts and mental health tips. Pam is a graduate of Advertising from the Art Institute of Washington. She enjoys being a mom and loves drinking wine with her girlfriends, running, and listening to podcasts.
