Make a Holiday Cards Photo Book in 3 Easy Steps

0

We LOVE getting tons of holiday cards each year, even from people we haven’t seen in years, because of how cute the kiddos look in photos! But every year, I also wonder what to do with these tiny papers of love. (And not to mention the money spent on these holiday cards and them just to wind up being recycled.) What if we made an easy holiday cards photo book for our family to enjoy?!

A few years ago, I started turning all the holiday cards we received into photo books that only appear during the holidays. Keeping them hidden with decorations for most of the year makes them even more special as we discover them again and again. We love seeing how kids have grown and changed over the years by comparing photos!

How to make your own photo books in 3 easy steps:

  1. Gather all the holiday cards you want to keep and arrange them to face the same direction. You’ll need to decide how you’d like to set up your book, either vertically or horizontally, before arranging all of the cards to face the same time.

2. Put a hole punch in one of the upper corners.

3. Attach a metal book binder ring through all of the hole-punched cards.

Ta-da! It’s easy to make a holiday cards photo book, right? Now go enjoy the photos until you’re ready to put the decorations away, then enjoy them again next year!
